Brokers
Qualified yacht brokers are seen as an important part of the auction process, and it is felt that Sellers will rely on them to provide:
- Provison of boat documentation, ownership proof, registration and any other documentation normally required for the vessel's size
- Provision of all information including photos for marketing purposes
- Provision of Service, Maintenance and Warranty records
- Management of boat viewing and ongoing requests from buyers
- Management of the Sale Process following a successful bidding conclusion
As a result of this, if a bonafide broker is registered with us by a Buyer or Seller, part of any listing or selling fees will be shared with them accordingly, with percentages varied based on the value of the boat NO SALE – NO CHARGE
in the unlikely event that a boat doesn’t sell at auction, nothing is payable to the Auction House and/or any broker (excluding any Listing Fee).
For information, if any Broker is registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the Client for final confirmation.
