10% of the final sales price will be charged in addition to the successful Buyer to cover auction sales and marketing costs

If a Buyer’s broker has been registered within the process, part of this Buyers Premium will be paid to them based on the sale value of the yacht
Minimum Sale Price
Where an MSP has been identified, only bids higher than this amount will be accepted
listing fee
A non-refundable Listing Fee of £1000 will be chargeable on all Boats entered into the Auction
